All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

If you have not received tracking updates after several days, feel free to contact us.


Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly. Craft Forge is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us so we can assist.

While we will do everything we can to help, GoneFishing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • High-volume seasonal periods


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Craft Forge is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your local government. These fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
